Return & Refund Policy

At SolFul Lotus, every product is printed and fulfilled on demand through our global print partner. Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Your order is created especially for you the moment it is purchased, so all sales are final.


Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at solfullotusinfo@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description of what’s wrong

Once reviewed, we will request a free replacement through our print partner.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Coloring books

  • Journals

  • Planners

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Any print-on-demand item

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or misprinted.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If your order is damaged or incorrect, we will submit a replacement request on your behalf.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU law, customers located in the EU may be eligible to cancel physical goods within 14 days of delivery except:

  • Print-on-demand products

  • Digital or downloadable products

Due to the custom nature of our items, EU cooling-off exceptions apply and all sales remain final unless defective.


Lulu Replacement Policy (For Your Store)

If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, Lulu requires:

  • Notification within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photos of the damage or printing error

  • Your order number

Once approved, Lulu will reprint and ship a replacement at no cost.
They do not provide refunds, only replacements.
