All SolFul Lotus products are printed on demand.
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and production before your order ships.

Processing times may extend during holidays or high-volume seasons.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, most orders delivered within the U.S. arrive in:

• 3–7 business days via Lulu’s standard shipping partners

International shipping times vary based on location and customs delays.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.

Incorrect Address

If the shipping address is entered incorrectly, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.
If the order is returned to the printer, you may be charged for re-shipping.

Lost Packages

If a package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.
We cannot issue replacements for orders marked as delivered.
